H1/H4 extension after using AP
Background: I got my AOS filed by employer A. After 2 years of AOS filing I left the company and transferred my H1 to my current employer B.
Now my wife plans to travel and re-enter US on AP.
-Will we be allowed to extend H1/H4 or I will be asked to work on EAD?
I am worried of a scenario where I will be unable to transfer/extend my H1 in the future…incase we use our AOS privileges.
