H1B Transfer - 9th year on H1B
140 approved. Do not have approval copy but have LIN
I-485 pending
Wife on H4, not yet on GC process
Got offer from employer B
1) Can i get H1B transferred with LIN for I-140 or need I-140 approval copy
2) Can i file the transfer under premuim processing
3) Do i get new H1B valid for 3 years
4) Is there any fallback if transfer gets denied
5) Can i carry over GC process to new employer? What all documents i need from current employer? Does new employer need to file for Labor and I-140 again (current employer is going to revoke H1B, I-140)
6) Tomorrow, i will be applying for COS for my wife from H4 to F1. With this, i will be submitting documents from current employer to USCIS. Can my parallel H1B transfer create a problem in her COS to F1 visa?
