Attended H1 B visa interview after my first 3yrs H1 visa expired in last week of Oct 2009 at US embassy,London. Given White 221g administrative processing. Embassy requested for 1)Client letter,2)Reporting structure @ the client place,3)Past 2 years Petitioners W2 Tax Records,4)List of all H1B working for Petitioner

Requested docs submitted in 1st week of Nov 09.My H1 company was started in 2007.Handed over 2008 W2 and another letter stating the reason why we cannot give 2007 W2 as company was started in 2007.Submitted list of 17-18 employees in our company.

Calling Dept Of State and embassy resulted in getting response stating 'Application is under review/pending'

Can I apply new H1 thru current employer or transfer H1 to a new employer or WAIT?
