Hi Dimo,
1) With DOL acknowlegment receipt (WH4 filed)as a proof can I do H1 transfer to new employer with out the pay stub? 2) Is H1 transfer possible even though the H1 petition is revoked by the old employer (DOL in process)but I-94 expires on November-2010 3) My first 3 year Visa duration is ending by November-2010 ,in case if I am transfering my H1 to new employer then when I am suppose to do extension ,whats the grace period for it?
