Question on L2 to H4 visa
I was on L1 visa and my H1 petition thru another employer got approved through L1 to H1 COS
Later I applied H4 visa for my wife using my previously approved H1 petition
But we both went to Canada and entered US again as L1 and L2 visa respectively
So I was in assumption that the H4 process will get abandoned
However after a week H4 visa got approved
Moreover another employer is applying for my L1 to H1 visa transfer using my previously approved H1 cap and also H4 visa for my wife
Like to know whether my spouse status right now is either L2 or H4 as I'm currently on L1 visa
If the answer is L2, will there be any issue in filing again for H4 visa and what will happen to already approved H4 petition
If the answer is H4, is it legal for my wife to be in H4 as I currently in L1 visa
