Q.

Hi

Hi,
My H1-B visa got over on 6 april,2010 with A company and they didnt want to apply for extension.
so company B has filed for my extension/transfer on 5th april with premium processing. on 7 may i received denial from USCIS.

company c is ready to transfer my visa. can they do the transfer? they need two pay stub. i have last pay stub of 01-15 april 2010. not after that.

will i be legal to stay in USA?
