Q.

Job change on H1 status

I am employed with my current employer A(H1 cap nonexempt) until 5/21. Have a job offer from employer B(H1 cap exempt) which has a H1 already approved and startdate of 5/31. I have another job offer from employer C(H1 cap nonexempt) with a start date of 6/14. Employer C will initiate visa transfer from employer A in the next few days.

1)If I join employer B for 2 weeks starting 5/31 with the intention of potentially switching over to employer C on 6/14, does it impact the visa approval process with employer C going on right now given C is not aware of employment with B? Is this even possible without jeopardizing employment with C?

2)If I don’t join B, and directly join C on 6/14, is it okay to have a 3-week gap between end of job with A and start of new one with C?

Thanks!
