My H1- B transfer is initiated on April 9th 2010, and got rfe on employer and employee relationship. I have valid visa till sept 13 2010. i'm flying on may 14th to india and coming back on june 20th 2010.

i have not yet joined to company b, How can we proove employee and employer relationship

Company B is planning to submit RFE this week ( rfe deadline is june 7th), would be there any problem in h1 transfer process while i'm in travel ?

Can i come back with my wife with current visa even if it is around 3 months valid?
Would be there any problem at port of entry?
Can my wife get H4 visa on my current visa(3 months valid) and come with me?
