Q.

H1b termination 04/19 and follow up steps

Hello, I was a full time employee (W2)with H1b valid from 10/2009 to 12/2012,but the filing company has terminated me on 04/19/2010. They have sent INS H1B cancellation. Please let me know how many days i have remaining for my H1b transfer aplication to another firm or do i need to submit new h1 app?
Also, it looks like one company will submit the h1b application today (05/03) which states effective 04/26 i am working for that company, but since the client is still doing final interview..i am submitting without client letter
Also, what if another MNC is intrested to hire me as a full time(w2), can they also submit h1b transfer app, how will this work out, will I have option to select one employer or will INS enocourage this multiple filing especially in my case seeing para 1 situation.
