Q.

H1B Transfer Denied

Company A did my H1B and in mid january i moved to company B and they applied for my H1B transfer. I got a letter from USCIS dated 12 April that my H1B transfer has been denied. The reason for it is that we were not able to prove that my position requires a H1B worker. There is no comment on company A.

What are my options now?

1) I talked to Company A and they are still holding my H1B and are willing to rehire me. My I94 with them is valid till Oct 2012. Is it possible that I can work for them again?

What is the procedure for it?

Can you please tell me in detail what they have to do so that I am not out of status.

Thanks in Advance
