140

I intend to use an approved 140 to get a 3-year extension on H1b. If the 140 was withdrawn, can I still get the extension? Is there any way I can tell whether the 140 has been withdrawn? Does the USCIS case status reflect that if the 140 has been withdrawn or revoked? Thanks!
