Q.

Multiple H1B filing with pending I485

I have an approved Eb2-India with a pending I485 from 2007. I want to switch employers using H1B transfer and AC21 provision (new job is with similar duties as described in my Labor). Employer A applied for my H1B transfer, but there is some uncertainty with the job. I have also an offer from employer B, who are willing to do a H1B transfer.
i) is there a problem from immigration standpoint if I have 2 H1B's submitted (both might be pending simultaneously) and I only work for one of the employers, (employer B in this case) and never work for employer A.
ii) Even though my H1B petition has been submitted by employer A, can I continue working for my current employer (also on H1B) without ever working for employer A? I have maintained continuous employment on H1B without any gap.
