Hello,

I currently work for company A and have a valid H1B visa with them. I accepted an offer with company B which filed for the transfer and also received the approval notice. I have not yet started working for company B and still continuing to work for company A at this time. I now have a great offer from Company C and would like to go there. If now company C files for the H1b visa transfer, will they need the approval notice from company B? I do not have any pay stubs for company B since I never joined them, but can provide current pay stubs for company A where I am continuing to work. I am hoping there won't be any problems in transferring the visa to company C. Please advise. Thank you for your help in advance.
