Q.

H-1B 7th-9th year; iCert LCA Form Questions

a) Our Labor Cert and I-140 in were approved in 2008. Re: ICERT, Step 1, under Temporary Need Info, question#4 what is the appropriate answer to "Is this a Full-time position? Y/N?". Our lawyer in 2007 had answered "No" but that was before our I-140 was approved. Working conditions/hours have not changed though.
b)Re: $750 supplemental Employee Educ. fee: We filed 1st extension in 2007. I am not sure if we already paid the 750 fee back then; cuz if we did, then I understand that we do not have to pay it again. Was this fee existing in july 2007?
c)I've always been employed in our Maryland ofc. Head ofc in NJ closed down, and my MD location is now new HQ. My employer moved to Calif and has opened new company there. Can he use his new CA residence as contact address? Any issues here?
