I am Sidiq Sikkander and I got 221g (blue form) which ticked option like YOUR APPLICATION REQUIRES ADDITIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS BEFORE A FINAL DECISION CAN BE MADE.
My questions are:
1.Why they returned my passport back to me without stamping in this case?
2.What is additional administrative processing?
3.How many business days may take to get result?
4.What I suppose to do in my side?
5.In which place (In USA or India), this process happens?
6.Is it possible to talk (through which phone or mail or fax?) my employer’s attorney to US consulate in Chennai in India about my case (my client projects starts on 3rd of May)?
7.What is role of Department of State in process? Can my employer talk to DOS about my case progress?
