Hi,

I worked for company A(consulting firm) from 2007 march to 2009Dec. I moved to company B in Jan,2010 and still working with B.
Company A did NOT revoke my h1. I now want to go back and work for Company A.

My questions are

1. Am I eligible to work for Company A right away without H1 transfer or any processing.

2. Since I am out of company A for almost 4 months and will start working for them again now, will that cause any issue?

3. Will this cause any issues in applying for my perm application.
