Q.

Need H-1B to be renewed for 6 more month to finish J1 Waiver req

What are the chances that my H1-B extension be granted based on the fact that I will be short 7 month before I complete my J1 waiver requirement. I am already on my 7th year of H1 which will expire Sept 09, I only need until April 2010 to finish 3 years in H1-B status. I have an approved I-140 NIW and a filed I-485 Application pending the completion of both NIW and J1 waiver. I am a physician working in an under served area.
