I have my Labor approve and I-140 approve. I have extension for 7th year of my H1B expiring on Feb 20, 2011. There was layoff situation in my department. I have changed my job with in my company to another department but I have not changed my company. This change has resulted. My job tile has change from APPS DEV PROG to CONSULTANT SYSTEMS/SOFTWARE QC.I wanted to know what impact of my job title change will have on my 8th year extension and I140, Labor. My employer is one of biggest corporation in world. They are very stick about any kind of legals. Please advice!
