h1b wages and taxes
Hi,
Iam h1b employee.my employer was supposed to pay me 50k according to the h1b documents
but he only paid me 30k.can i file a complaint in small claims court and get my money.
and also one of my employer to run paystubs asked me to pay taxes and also pay had to pay him money and he constantly harrassed me .
can i file a complaint against him.
if i file a case, will there be negative effects on my greencard processing.
