Q.

L1 to H1

I last entered US on 12/9/06 using L1B(CompanyA) valid until 11/13/09

In 07, I got H1B with COS (CompanyB). I-94 in the H1B I-797 was from 10/1/07 - 09/27/10.
I ENDED UP WORKING FOR COMPANYA(L1) UNTIL 23nov07 & SWITCHED TO COMPANYB(H1) ON 26nov07

I did a H1 transfer to CompanyC in Jan09 & am still with them

I also have EAD thro pending 485(spouse primary applicant). My 1st EAD was valid from 10/10/07 - 10/9/08 & 2nd from 09/26/08 - 09/25/10

I've not been out of the US since Dec06

1)Since I did'nt switch to companyB on 1oct07 & waited until Nov, was I OutOfStatus
2)Does H1 transfer approval for CompanyC nullify any OutOfStatus issue
3)Can I claim that I've been working using EAD instead of the H1's
4)What status am I in now(H1/EAD/OutOfStatus)
5)What options do I have
