H-1 TRANSFER
Ihave part-time h-1 visa with a diagnostic company as Research assosciate.I am working with them with proper pay stubs for last two months. They are reluctant to file for labour certificatiopn/green card? Are they legally supposed to file for green card or not? if not what should i do? can I transfer to another employer who is ready to file for green card? Can I transfer h-1 for a profit corporation to non profit university research programme? If yes how? what the programme has to do? Can i have multiple part time H-1 with more than one employer? What is the difference in H-1 transfer or multiple H-1 ? Can my own company which is capable of providing prevelant wage apply for tranfer or second H-1 ? Can my own company after approval of H-1 file for labour certification/green card?
