I just got a new job offer.Company B(Staffing Company) has filed for my H1B transfer under premium processing.If approved,I will be working for client of Company B(based in TX) which is Company C(based in CA).My current Company A doesn't know about this.Now Company B has asked me to join on April 12,2010 saying that I can start work for their client on H1B transfer receipt.I really can't loose this opportunity as it's my dream job.I have to start work on April 12,2010 anyhow.But does an H1B transfer receipt guarantee H1B approval?What will be my status till I get approval as I would have left Company A?What is my H1B transfer gets denied?Can I ask my current Company A to give me 15 days paid leave and wait for H1B transfer approval from Company B but can I be on 2 payrolls at same time?
