Hi,

I applied for H1 transfer and got the query, and then filed MTR I129,its almost 4 months over.
My Employer had sent all the docs and I am working in company as consultant.
He says its taking about 7 month duration to get to know the status.
1) Can I go for another H1 transfer meanwhile and does the full time company does H1 transfer having this status?
2) I have valid H1 from the earliest company, which laid off me. its valid till December 2010.

I am worried before that MTR comes If I get into another company than I will be safe.

Will the Fulltime companies will be able to do my H1 transfer? with the given my condition?



Please give me idea on this.
