Hello,

My employer is filing for my 3 year h1b renewal based on approved I-140 as visa numbers are not current under EB3 category.

I just want to make sure that it is filed correctly.

I believe a copy of I-140 approval needs to be submitted and in I-129 petition under Part 4 and Question 7. which states, Have you ever filed an immigrant petition for any person in this petition? is answered as YES and copy of I-140 submitted.

Does my employer needs to fill out any other form or include a support letter mentioning I-140 approval ?

I will appreciate if you can verify this and let me know of additional information if any?
