I am working for X employer on L1 Visa since 2007 to till date which is going to expired in 04/25/2010. My present employer is filing petition for my L1B extension.Also, I applied for H1B visa through Y company in 2008 quota, luckily I got H1B on October 2008 with change of status approved but I haven't used/joined H1B yet. Also I never visited any countries after my H1B approval.
Now the question here is;
1.I got the project in Y company(H1B), is it good to go and if I join Y company (using H1B) isthere any issue in future since I haven’t used my H1B since October 2008? To join H1B company do I need to go out of USA and enter back to USA using H1B visa stamping?
2.If not legal to work with Y employer using H1B then can I continue with employer X using L1B? Can I get L1B extension?
