my status is TN
anotehr new employer offered a job in 09 and applied to change me to H1
H1 was apporved in May 09
then it did not work out so after h1 was approved , they withdraw the visa change of status of status from h1 on August
and i contued to work on my tn with my current tn on my current employer
questions
1-can the current employer now change my status from that TN to H1 ?
2-my case status of H1 does not show online that a withdrwal was sent ?
