H1B Transfer
I'm working full time with an employer. He may terminate the employment end of this month.
I'm looking for a job right now and hopefully get it.
If not what are the options I have?
Is my current employer supposed to give a written notice of 1 month(a specified in my employment agreement)
How long will it take to transfer H1 if I get a job
What do we need for H1 transfer for USCIS to not reject the application
