My Facts are as follows:
1. Filed for first H1B extension and got denied on sept 14th 2009.My I94 and visa was valid till 22nd sept 2009.so i think after 22nd september it was all unlawful presence. My employer did MTR and filed a new H1B,MTR got denied on old H1B on nov 3,2009. New H1 got denied on 11th Feb 2010. After all this another employer filed my H1B and i left USA on March 2nd 2010. Now my H1B through new employer is approved and I am going for visa stamping in consulate.My questions are:
1. I think i avoided 3 year ban by coming back after 160 days of I94 expiry(22nd sept-2nd mar) as it is less than 180 days.Do i need to explain anything and if yes what should i tell to visa officer?
2.Do you see any issue getting my Visa and returning back?
