H1B Transfer

I got laid off from company A and I am on H1 visa. Last pay stuff is on 03/15/10. I got one offer from company B and they are filing my H1 transfer on 04/02/10 (Normal processing). I got second offer from Company C and they are also going to fill my transfer from A to C on 04/07/2010. Is it OK if B & C companies file H1 transfer in my case from company A? Does date matters in my case? And if both the company's H1 Transfer get approve can I decide where I want to join after that because my interest is in company C?
