I had H1B petition from Oct'03 to Sep'06 through company A. I worked for company A in US for 19 months from Aug'04 to Mar'06. Currently I am in L1B visa working for company A for the past 25 months.
I received an offer from company B in the US now.
1) Can I use my expired H1B petition now to transfer it to company B or should I apply for a new H1B petition?
2) If I can use my old H1B petition, will I be cap exempt when company B applies for a transfer of my H1B visa?
3) Also, can I start working immediately when company B files for H1B visa transfer?
