Q.

H1-H4-H1

I am currently on H4 which I transfered from H1 in Jan 2010.
My first H1 was valid till Sep 2010.Now my H4 is approved and valid from March 2010 to Sep 2010.
My question is, Now I am getting a project so when can I earliest start my project i.e. upon receiving a receipt of H4 to H1 transfer? or after H4 to H1 gets approved? or is there any other way I can start
