Q.

Question about H1B transfer

I am currently in the process of H1B transfer from company A to B. Company B filed for H1B transfer petition and has FedEx delivery proof of delivery to USCIS as 03/18/2010 (while I was still employed and was on lawful H1B status). I resigned from company A on 03/24/2010. I am still waiting on the receipt to commence employment at company B.
At this point, I am just concerned about this gap in employment between A and B. Is this acceptable ? Please let me know.
