Hello, Here is my question. In May 2008 i transferred my H1B and i got the approval till April 2011. Due to emergency i went to india in Nov 2008 and while returning back i used previous company I797 valid through May 2010(as i had stamping with that company ) and i got I94 card till 2010 May. Now my question is can i use the current I797 and I94 card on it which is valid till April 2011, or do i need to leave and reenter using the current I797? or do i need to apply for fresh extension? Please let me know your valuable sujjestion.
