Q.

Visa extension on i-140 approved

Hi,

I am on 6th year of H1-b which is going to expire on feb 2011.My i-140 got approved in jan 2009 from Compnay A.My question is

1. If i transfer my H1-b to another employer how many years of extension i will get? will i get remaining term on h1 or 3 years from today?

2.Lets say i transferred my H1-b to Company B this year and Company A didnt revoke my i-140 petition and Company A didnt want to file my GC. so what are my options
a) Can i have another extension i.e in 2014 based upon approved i-140 from Company A?
