Q.

6 years of H1 not reached

Hi,

My first H1 petition started from April 2005.
I got the Visa on August 2005.
My second H1-petition started on May 2008
My second I-94 expiry is on April 2011.

Can i stay after my I-94 expiry since it has'nt been 6 years yet. Can my employer file for a third h1 just for this purpose?
Note that my employer is filing for Labor certification in April 2010.
