Q.

Qualification of a company for H1B application

Hi, I am working for an US company in part time in China. In US, this company does not have any employees. The owner works for it in part time. It rents a virutal office. The annual incoming of this company is about 10,000USD last year. Is is this company suitable to apply for a H1B? If renting a small office, is it suitable?
