Q.

Multiple H1B transfers

I was working with Company A, and got offer from Company B. Resigned A on Jan 29, joined B on Feb 1st, B filed H1 trnsfr on Feb 11. Got rcpt number for B. Got 1st paystub from B, stating the period as 1st Feb-28th Feb, will this be any issue with H1 trnsfr to B?

Meanwhile, I got another offer from Company C within Feb. I gave them papers from Company A, and they filed on Feb 25th. Company C does not know that I switched to Company B from Company A. I got rcpt number frm C. Is it safe to join with Company C just using rcpt number, before the final approval?

If Company B cancels my I129 petition, when I resign, will that be an issue for H1 trnsfr to C? Can Company B legally stop my payment for last month when I resign with them, with proper notice period of 2 weeks, as per agreement?
