Q.

H1B Extension

Hi,

I work for company A. My H1B (I-94) has expired and i have already applied for extension and the final decision in pending. Company B offered me a job and transfered my H1. However i am yet to join company B. I have submitted my resignation in company A and will join company B in 4 weeks. Now before i join company B if my pending H1 gets rejected, will i still be in status and can i switch to company B.
