This is a follow up question which I posted on 03 Mar 2010 regarding the Expired H1B Visa subject line to you (regarding the old H1 visa of my husband). I request you to refer that query and read the below.

I still have query on your answer whether he can use his old H1 now for entering into US since it has already expired on Sep 30, 2009 and he had used only the first 3 years of the H1 Visa. He is currently in India. Can any employer file his H1 against the old 2006 quota in which his old H1 was filed and approved? Now he has an offer from a company but we wanted to make sure that he can still use his old H1 and do not need to wait for the April 2010 quota to come to US. We appreciate a quick answer for this.
