H4B question
Dear Andrew,
would appreciate if you could please help me out with the following concern:
Situation:
i am on H1B (visa valid till sep 2010)
wife on H4B(visa valid till sep 2010)
wife went to home country for vacation
then i switched employers and have a new I797 now
wife is planning on returning this weekend
Questions:
1. can she return to US with the existing H4 visa?
2. does she need get her new H4 visa?
3. any issues that you see at the immigration/port of entry?
