H1B transfer
My H1B is expiring on 03/14. I am transferring my sponsorship to a new employer.I got the offer letter on Friday(03/05) and attorney filed LCA today(03/08). Is it recommended to wait for the LCA approval or should I ask the attorney to file an H4 before 03/14, against my spouses H1B or a B2 visa to maintain the status in case LCA got delayed due to some reason?
