I am planning to visit Canada for landing purposes this year after getting a PR there. I will need to return to the US, since I don't plan to move there permanently yet.

I recently got my H1B transferred and got an approval in October for an additional three years. I haven't gone for stamping yet. Meanwhile my visa from my old company and old I-94 expired in December.

Would I have any issues in reentering the US with my approval notice and new I-94 based on AVR? I am concerned because the expired visa stamp on my passport shows my old company.
