Hi,
I have stamped H1B and my wife has stamped H4 Visa till 31st May 2009.We got EAD in 2007 and my wife started working on EAD. I am still on H1B with the same company which sponsored H1B and I-485. We applied for renewal of Advance Parole for my wife in May 2008 but not yet received. We need to visit India ASAP but my wife doesn't have Advance Parole.

1)Since my wife has valid stamped H4 visa, is it possible for her to re-enter into USA on H4 or she must get Advance Parole for re-entry because she has lost her H4 status after using EAD.

2)Correct me if I am wrong, I can use my H1B for re-entry into USA.
