Q.

H1 After Expiry -> Renew

hi,

Hope I can explain things here...
I have H1 (cancelled without prejudice) and not used for even a single day.
It is getting expired in sept 2010.
If I plan to change my current company (L1) to H1 post sept 2010, will I have any difficulties?
Do I need to again go thru CAP / Lottery system for applying new H1 ?
