Q.

problems with visa stamping

I trevaled to my native country in 2007 to renew my h-1b visa stamp. Everithing was o.k, I re-enter to u.s.a with no problems and received a new I-94 card ( expire on 10/29/2010). Now I bought airline tickes to visit my country from 3/5/2010 to 3/8/2010. when I was revising my visa documents , I noticed that they stamped h-2b, instead of h-1b. ? what problems may I have If I try to re-enter with this clerical problems in my visa clasification WHEN i COME BACK TO u.s.a?? will my visa be canceled/revoked or what? I have all my documents from U.S.C.I.S that show that I always being in legal H-1 B status within u.s.a?
My family will stay here ( H-4status), so I do not have time to go to the U.S.A consulate make corrections. ?can CBP officer at poe, just cancel my visa and allowe to to enter?
