H1 B Stamping from Islamabad
I came to USA on B2 visa, stayed here for 5 months and then went back to Pakistan, stayed there for 5 months and then came to USA again on B2 visa. I got 6 months of stay but I extended my stay due to residency interviews and match results. After that I applied for change of status to F-1 that was approved. I did complete English course as a 2nd language. I again applied for change of status to H-1B that was approved. I am working on H1B for 9 months and now want to go to Pakistan for H1B stamping. Its been 3 years I haven’t been to Pakistan.
my question.
-How strong is my case to be approved for H1B stamping?
-Have you had any client with similar case? (B2—F1—H1B)what was stamping experience?
