Gender mismatch (by applicant in the application) in EAD Card

Hi,
I am currently on L2 Visa Status. I had applied for EAD and have received my card in January 2010.
However, while filing the application, I had mistakenly selected my gender as MALE and that is what printed on my EAD card as well

Now, I have a job in hand to start in 1 week now. My questions/doubts are :

1) Can I take up this job and start working on the basis of my approved petition and same card (with wrong gender) ?
2) Do I need to file for a replacement card using I-765?
3) If I have to file for the replacement, Can I still start working while I file for replacement as my case is already approved and
it just needs a Card Replacement with correct gender?
