Q.

Out of status for 3 weeks

Similar to Post:http://www.lawbench.com/immigration-forum/513/h...

Had COS from L1(Company A) to H1(Company B) effective 01-Oct.Also had an offer from Company C on 01-Oct.
Issue 1 : Worked on L1 for 5 days in Oct.
Issue 2 : Out-of-status for about 3 weeks because Company B didn't gave me joining and H1 transfer to Company C happened by end of Oct.

Though the approval came with I-94 attached and I was able to start work with Company C.

Now I've to go for stamping after 3 months and worried if these issues will cause a problem?
