H1 join period
Hi,
I am currently on L1A visa with a company “A’. I got my H1B approved with another company “B” through consular processing in 2008 but never joined that company. Now another company “C” is transferring my H1B and also change of status from L1A to HIB through premium processing.
My question:
Once my H1B and COS is approved with company “C”, for how long I could continue working with company A who is holding my L1A visa currently? 2 weeks or 4 weeks or 8 weeks or some other time duration?
