H1B - Part-time to Full-time
My company changed my H1-B status from Full-time to Part-time (20 hours) from Feb 2009 to July 2009 (for 6 months) due to slowdown in business. At the time of changing to part-time, company filed new LCA and I received new 1-797 document.
Now company's is doing good in business and changed my status back to full-time w.e.f. August 2009.
Here are my questions:
Does my company need to file again new LCA for 40 hours? or does need any amendments to existing LCA?
